Kristen Prinz recently presented a CLE for Friendly Lawyers entitled "Fostering a Diverse and Inclusive Workplace.” The CLE examined how to make a workplace more diverse and inclusive. It highlighted the ethical and business case for diversity and inclusion (“D&I”) initiatives, guided participants in confronting their underlying biases, and offered practical tools for increasing D&I in hiring and retention. The session ended by exploring what makes a culture “healthy” and engaging.
